Time
We use the best shippers to ensure accurate and timely
deliveries. When you shop online at LGB,
you'll receive an email with estimated shipping and delivery
information for your order. All our estimates are based
on business days and assume delivery on business days.
Delivery Area
Current delivery area covers:

- Kowloon
- New Territories
For deliveries outside these areas, please contact us.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you
complete your order, and will also appear in the email
confirmation of your order.
Damage during Shipping
If any item was damaged during shipping, please contact
us immediately and keep all of the packaging and product
materials.
Delivery Signature Required
Our carriers are required to obtain a signature upon
delivery to ensure confirmation of receipt of goods.
If no one is available to sign for the delivery, our
carrier will leave a delivery notice on the destination
door. The recipient can sign it and leave it on the
door prior to the next delivery attempt. The carrier
can then leave the package by the door on the second
attempt. If both attempts fail, the goods will be returned
to LGB, at which point you will be
notified by email and can choose to arrange for further
shipping attempts at an additional cost or for pick
up from an LGB store.
